Abbie, Founder of adhone pilates
Hi, I'm Abbie, the founder of adhone pilates. My journey with movement started when I was 16, and over the years, I've explored just about every sport you can think of - long distance running, paddleboarding, yoga, barre, triathlons, climbing, and more. But it was Pilates that truly transformed the way I move and feel in my body.
Originally, I turned to Pilates to support my running, but I quickly fell in love with so much more than it's physical benefits. It helped me connect with my body, move with intention, and feel strong yet calm at the same time. Unlike high-impact workouts that push the body to extremes, Pilates taught me to listen to what my body needs and move in a way that feels good, balanced, and sustainable.
Now, I'm passionate about sharing that feeling with others. Through adhone pilates, I want to bring a sense of joy, strength, and mindfulness to my community, helping people feel empowered and at ease in their bodies. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply take time for yourself, my classes are designed to support, uplift and restore.
